We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our buying guide should tell you everything you need to know about buying from us but if you have any questions please get in touch.

ORDER TIMES

All jewellery pieces are made to order by Emma at her Somerset studio. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from order date to despatch, lead-times may be longer on bespoke items. If  your order is time sensitive, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. We will email again with a tracking number upon despatch so you can check on the progress of your order.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK ORDERS

Standard Delivery - £5.95

All orders over £250 receive FREE delivery 

A signature will be required for on delivery for both services 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DHL Express - £18

 

Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING

 

All pieces come packaged in one of our beautifully colourful and sophisticated presentation boxes.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

Please advise us at the time of ordering of any special instructions or requirements relating to your purchase. Rings are made to measure in UK sizes. Please quote your ring size at time of order. If you are unsure of what size to choose then please see our Ring Size Guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Emma Lavery jewellery, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note within 14 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, unused and unworn.  

Refunds and exchanges are offered at our sole discretion.  Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service and include a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us.  Postage on returns is non-refundable.  All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on bespoke commissioned pieces and items that have been customised to a customer's request. Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

FAULTY OR DAMAGE GOODS 

Quality of craftsmanship is of the utmost importance to us, but if an item is found to be defective on receipt, it will be repaired or exchanged for a new one at no additional charge. 

 

HALLMARK

Emma Lavery's work conforms to the British hallmarking standard which is respected worldwide as a symbol of quality; pieces are assayed at The Goldsmiths Company assay office, London.

 

CUSTOM DESIGNS & COMMISSIONS 

Emma is very happy to undertake commissions. If you have an idea for a piece you would like to have made or would like an adapted version of an item featured in her portfolio please contact us to discuss options. Pieces can be created in 18ct Gold Vermeil on request.
